To get us thinking about what we eventually want our career and lives to be like, we got given a study task to write down five dreams that we have for our future, creatively and otherwise.
DREAM ONE:
Internship in the travel section or art direction section of ELLE magazine.
DREAM TWO:
Explore different countries and cultures all across the world.
DREAM THREE:
Learn Portuguese.
DREAM FOUR:
Have a hands on career which involves supervising things first hand, going to places worldwide to test run things and oversee everything goes smoothly. But yet to have a solid base in one city, wherever that may be.
DREAM FIVE:
Design and build my own house.
Getting down five dreams was a lot harder to start off than imagined, as it is hard to get into the mindset of what I want my life to be like in say 5 or 10 years time, or even past that. This however has given me a more solid idea of what I want from my career though, something that doesn't have too much pressure with short time deadlines, and definitely not to work as a freelance graphic designer, but to have more of a team you see day in ay out and travel with, exploring new ideas with.
