I have recently come across a blog post on BuzzFeed by Ariel Knutson about all these different foods from cheesecake to quiche that can be cooked in a mug in the microwave. I think this is such a fabulous idea, especially for students, who don't want a lot of washing up, and can't be bothered to use the oven to cook something proper. They just want a snack to keep them going, and as a fan of chocolate cake in a mug, I think this is a fabulous idea, plus the photographs look delicious!
This could be a really good idea for a mini publication for students, showing all these different recipes than can be done easily and quickly in the microwave. It could be done all modern and contemporary, with funky pop art style illustrations and how to guides, or top tips. Being a student myself, I would really benefit from something like this.
